Commencement/Graduation Suite

Served as the project lead to update and streamline the Commencement experience for all three campuses at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Feathers were used as the common theme throughout the project to encourage school spirit through the eagle mascot. Also featured prominently was the inspirational quote, “You already have wings. All you have to do is fly.”

The project included updating print materials, (programs, parking passes and VIP event materials). Other parts of the project included updating signage, banners, a custom branded runner in the event space and other aesthetic components of the ceremony.

Project included: concept development for all materials, graphic design, working with the university Commencement coordinator on logistics and ceremony planning, creating timelines for implementation, and delegating tasks to the team.
